Determined

Shane's sporting his new swimwear in this shot. Looks so determined, doesn't he?? Like he's REALLY concentrating on where that little foot will land next!

On a side note, our poor little boy has an AWFUL rash on his inner thigh. He's had a bout of diarrhea the last few days, which has led to this diaper rash. It actually doesn't look all that red or painful, but once he sat down in the bath last night, the poor thing grabbed his thighs, started screaming and jumped right up out of that water. And this from a kid who LOVES his bath. Broke my heart. He didn't even want me to touch him to put on any powder or ointment. He seems a little better today, but his thigh is still pretty red. Needless to say, I'm terrified to try to give him a bath tonight! Fingers crossed that he's feeling better soon!!
